As per FIR, the prosecution case is that on 12.4.2017 at about 16.00 hours the present accused Dhirendra Singh named in the FIR along with two other named accused and two unknown entered into the shop of the father of the first informant (deceased) and after forcibly entering into the shop had taken away in a tractor trolley the hardwares worth Rs.20,000/-. When the first informant and elder brother reached there and demanded money from the accused as price of the said hardwares, one of them took out pistol and forcibly had taken away Rs.17,000/- which was kept in safe and also forcibly had thrown the father of the first informant in the said tractor trolley and thereafter he was thrown at a distance of 2.5 kms. away on Jalesar road, so as to crush him beneath the tractor, with an intention to kill. Due to injuries received in this occurrence, the father of the first informant had died. Postmortem report indicates that the deceased suffered about seven injuries on his person and cause of death is reported to be shock and haemorrhage due to anti-mortem injuries.
