Sri Manu Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that in this case co-accused, Dharmendra Bhatnagar and Rahul Kumar have previously not pressed their bail application in view of the direction of this Court for presentation of their bail application before the court concerned by virtue of Section 437(6) Cr.P.C. Accordingly, the applicant wishes to not press this bail application.
The prayer so made is allowed.
This bail application is dismissed as not pressed. With liberty to move application for bail under Section 437(6) Cr.P.C. before the court concerned.
