Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the brother-inlaw of the applicant has made a complaint to S.H.O., police station-Karchana, district-Allahabad, in which it has been stated that the applicant has murdered his wife (sister of the complainant). On the basis of the said complaint an F.I.R. was registered on 8.3.2015 as Case Crime No. 130 of 2015, under Sections 498A and 302 I.P.C. which was later on converted to under Section 306 I.P.C. He next submitted that marriage between the deceased and Anil Kumar was solemnized on 19.4.2007. The victim died in her matrimonial home on 7.3.2015. Only general allegations have been made against the deceased's husband and his other relatives on account of non fulfilment of additional demand of dowry of Rs. 50,000/- cash and a four wheeler, the deceased was maltreated and tortured in her matrimonial home by her husband and his other family members and ultimately she was done to death. He further submitted that the applicant who is the husband of the deceased Sangeeta has been falsely implicated in the present case by his brother-in-law although the post mortem report indicates that the deceased had committed suicide by setting herself ablaze.
