Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A. G. A. for the State. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the the applicant is not named in the F.I.R.. It is further argued that co-accused Anuj Rai has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 21.02.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 6545 of 2018, the applicant is also entitled to be enlarged on bail. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant is in jail since 3.1.2018.
Learned A.G.A. opposed the prayer for bail.
Having considered the submissions of the parties and without expressing any opinion on the merits, let the applicant Vikky Rai involved in case crime no. 736 of 2017, under sections 395, 411, 412, 120B I.P.C. P.S.Kotwali, District Jhansi be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions that :-
In case of breach of any of the above conditions, it shall be a ground for cancellation of bail. Identity, status and residence proof of the applicant and sureties be verified by the court concerned before the bonds are accepted.
