Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the applicant has confined his prayer only for issuance of a direction to the court below to conclude the trial within a stipulated period of time fixed by the Court.
In view of above submission, application for bail of applicant- Bhura Urf Ibrahim in Case Crime No. 745 of 2016, under Sections 376, 377 IPC & 5/6 POCSO Act, P.S. Munda Pandey, District Moradabad, is rejected.
However, looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the trial court will conclude the trial expeditiously, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if possible.
