Learned counsel for the applicant in support of his prayer for bail submits that the applicant is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that applicant is the mother of one Sagar who is now married to the victim. It is also submitted that the applicant has no any concern with the alleged offence as stated by the prosecution. It is also submitted that the victim is a major girl and married to son of the applicant and the victim has approached the concerned C.J.M. and vide order dated 26.06.2018 the victim girl has been set her at liberty to go according to her wishes. A certified copy of the order dated 26.06.2018 passed by C.J.M., Muzaffar Nagar in Case Crime No. 904 of 2017 u/s 363, 366 I.P.C. has been produced before this Court, which is taken on record. Several other submissions in order to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made against the applicant have also been placed forth before the court. The circumstances which, according to the counsel, led to the false implication of the accused has also been touched upon at length. It has been assured on behalf of the applicant that she is ready to cooperate with the process of law and shall faithfully make herself available before the court whenever required. It has also been submitted that the applicant is a lady and languishing in jail since 15.02.2018. The applicant has no other reported criminal antecedent.
