This is the third bail application on behalf of the applicant. According to office report dated 7.2.2017, notice has been served on the applicant. The applicant wrote a letter dated 31.1.2018 to the Hon'ble Chief Justice stating therein that he has been acquitted by the court below on 9.1.2015 and the bail application has become infructuous and it may be dismissed as infurctuous.
In view of above, the bail application is dismissed as infructuous.
