The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No. 130 of 2016 , under sections 376/511/201/323/504/506 IPC read with section 7/8 Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act , Police Station Lisari Gate, District Meerut during the pendency of trial.Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record.
It is fairly argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is not interested to pursue the present bail application. It may be dismissed as not pressed.
In the light of above, the bail application is accordingly dismissed.
