This second bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant seeking his release on bail in Case Crime No.199 of 2015, u/s 302, 201, 394, 411 I.P.C. Police Station-Panki, District- Kanpur Nagar. First bail application of the applicant has already been rejected by this Court vide order dated 01.03.2017 on merits.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
Perused the record.
The only submission raised by the counsel for the applicant is that subsequently after the rejection of the bail application of the applicant, co-accused Son Deep and Ram Sewal @ Guddu Pal have been granted bail by other Benches of this Court on 22.5.2017 and 19.7.2017 respectively, and therefore, on the ground of parity the applicant also may be released on bail.
Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail.
