The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant for quashing the charge sheet dated 22.7.2016 and the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.1379 of 2017 (State Vs. Dr. Bundal Babu and others) arising out of case crime no.1347 of 2016, under Sections 304A, 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Bisalpur, District Pilibhit, pending in the Court of J.M, Bisalpur, Pilibhit.
No valid document has been produced by the applicant for medical practice.
No ground for quashing the charge sheet as well as proceedings of criminal case is made out.
Accordingly, the application lacks merit and is dismissed.
