The applicant through the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. have invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with the prayer that the applicant be allowed to furnish fresh bail bonds in newly added Section 325, 308 I.P.C., in Case Crime No. 44A of 2015, under Section 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. as he has not misused the liberty of bail granted to him earlier for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. in the same crime number.

From the perusal of the record it reflects that that the applicants have been allowed bail by the court below on 4.5.2015 thereafter chargesheet was submitted and only section 325 and 308 IPC have been added on which cognizance was taken on 31.8.2017.

The prayer of the applicants for the fresh bail bonds cannot be accepted.

However, looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the applicants have not misused their liberty of bail granted to them earlier, I consider it proper to direct the Court below to dispose off the bail application of the applicants for the aforesaid offences, if possible on the same day strictly in accordance with law.
