This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to direct Special Judge Gangster Act, Jhansi to decide the bail application of the applicant in G.S.T. No. 250/2003 (State Vs. Kailash Tiwari) in Case No. 131/2003 under Section 2/3 Gangster Act, P.S. Baruasagar, District Jhansi.
Learned counsel for applicant contended that by order dated 27.03.2017 of this Court passed in application under Section 482 No. 8910/2017 (Kailash Tiwari Vs. State) protection was given to applicant but due to medical problem, applicant could not appear before court concerned in compliance of that order.
In view of aforesaid order passed by this Court, learned trial court is directed, if applicant files bail application, the said application shall be decided expeditiously according to law.
Accordingly, this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of.
