Perusal of the record shows that proceedings of Case No. 6453 of 2003, under sections 494, 120-B IPC, PS Muradnagar, District Ghaziabad pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 9, Ghaziabad has already been quashed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.03.2010 in connected Criminal Misc. Application No. 1727 of 2004 (Sunil Kumar vs State of UP and another).
The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has become infructuous and is accordingly rejected.
