Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that matter was referred to the Mediation Centre vide order dated 5.12.2016. He further submitted that earlier an interim settlement has taken place before Mediation Centre on 26.5.2017 and thereafter final settlement has also taken place on 2.6.2017, copy of interim settlement agreement dated 26.5.2017 along with final settlement agreement dated 2.6.2017 is available on record.
Learned counsel for the applicant further submitted that terms and conditions has already been complied with before the Court below and, therefore, suitable direction may be issued to Court below to decide the matter in light of settlement made before the Mediation Centre.
Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the application U/S 482 is disposed with the direction to Principal Judge, Family Court, Etawah to decide the matter preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order in light of final settlement agreement dated 2.6.2017.
