Sri Mukesh Chandra Gupta, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are being prosecuted for minor offence under Section 323 and 504 IPC. The applicants have been attending the court proceeding regularly. He further submits that applicants are being put to harassment because of long pendency of the case. He recast his prayer and submits that the trial court may be directed to conclude the proceeding within a stipulated period of time.
In view of the fact, the trial court shall conclude the trial within a period of one year. The trial court shall proceed on day to day basis if required to ensure that the trial is concluded within a period of one year.
The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of finally.
