Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State and perused the material on record.
The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants for quashing the non bailable warrant order dated 9.1.2018 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shikohabad, Firozabad in Criminal Case No.24 of 2016 (State Vs. Ranvir Singh and others) arising out of case crime no.517 of 2015, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 308, 336 IPC, P.S. Jasrana, District Firozabad.
It appears that the charge sheet was submitted against the applicants in the year 2015. No ground for quashing the non bailable warrant order dated 9.1.2018 is made out.
Accordingly, the application lacks merit and is dismissed.
