This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad to decide the Complaint Case No. 771 of 2016 (Rajesh Pandey Vs. Sunil Agarwal), under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, Police StationDaraganj, District Allahabad within the stipulated period.
The trial court is directed to decide the aforesaid complaint case expeditiously.
