Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA and have taken through the record.
By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the applicant has invoked inherent jurisdiction of this Court with a prayer to quash the proceedings initiated pursuant to the charge sheet dated 4.11.2017 whereupon cognizance has been taken against the applicants to face the trial in Sessions Trial No. 15 of 2018 arising out of Case Crime No.536 of 2017 under Sections 419/420/467/468/471/120B/34 IPC read with section 3 (2) (Va) of S.C. & S.T.Act, P.S. Jamaniya, District Ghazipur.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant does not want to press the present petition at this stage. It may be dismissed as not pressed leaving it open to file fresh application.
In the light of above statement, the application u/s 482 Cr.P.C is accordingly dismissed .
Certified copy be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant as per Rules.
