Sri Ankur Agarwal, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he has filed Vakalatnama in the registry on 14th May, 2018 after obtaining no objection from earlier counsel, but the same is not on record.
He submitted that withdrawal application has already been filed by earlier counsel and further submitted that he wants to withdraw the present application to which learned A.G.A. has no objection.
The withdrawal application is allowed.
