The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been directed against the order dated 12.01.2018 passed by the court below in Criminal Revision No. 109 of 2013.
The appropriate remedy, therefore, is to refer a petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that this application may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to move appropriate application under Article 227 of the Constitution.
