This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Criminal Case No. 465 of 2016 (State Vs. Manoj Saini), arising out of Case Crime No. 294 of 2016, under Sections- 364, 302, 201, 120-B, 34 I.P.C., Police Station- Kasna, District- Gautam Budh Nagar, pending before the Addl. District Judge-I, Gautam Budh Nagar.
Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2016 and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, as expeditiously as possible, if there is no other legal impediment.
