This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Criminal Case No. 560 of 2017, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, pending before the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No.8, Ghaziabad.
Considering the fact that the aforesaid case has remained pending since 2017 and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, as expeditiously as possible, if there is no other legal impediment.
