This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for assailing the order dated 10.1.2012 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaushambi in Case no. 111 of 2014 (State Vs. Ravi Singh and others), whereby, the applicants have been summoned.
Having due regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any illegality, infirmity or jurisdictional error in the impugned order.
The application being devoid of merit is, accordingly, dismissed.
