Kairana, District Shamli to decide the Misc. Case No. 81 of 2015 ( Smt. Rajshree & another Vs. Anuj Singh ) filed under Section 371 of the Indian Succession Act, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to all concerned.
