The petitioner is defendant in Original Suit No.246 of 2015 ( Sompal & others Vs. Charan Singh & others) wherein an exparte injunction has been granted in favour of the plaintiff during the pendency of the temporary injunction application. For a period of approximately three years, temporary injunction application has not been decided and the exparte injunction granted in favour of the plaintiff has been extended from time to time.

It is further informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that another application namely 110-C for status quo and 123-A for amendment are also pending before the court concerned.

Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the present petition is being disposed of with the direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.), Moradabad to decide the temporary injunction application (6-C) and applications 110-C and 12-A for status quo and amendment filed in Original Suit No.246 of 2015 ( Sompal & others Vs. Charan Singh & others, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.
