On 4.12.2018, the following order was passed :-
"Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of challenging the impugned order by filing revision under Section 25 of the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887. He submitted that against the same order, another petition under Article 227 bearing No. 6730 of 2018 filed by the other tenant Raj Pal Singh, in which also he is counsel, is pending. He prayed that the instant matter be taken up with the said case tomorrow.
As prayed, put up as fresh on 5.12.2018 along with record of petition under Article 227 No. 6730 of 2018".
In compliance of above order, the office has placed the instant case alongwith record of petition under Article 227 bearing No.6730 of 2018.
Having regard to the stand taken by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to avail such other remedy as may be open to him under law.
