"The order sheet is replete with orders granting adjournments on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner.
Today, again an adjournment has been sought.
By way of last opportunity, the matter is adjourned.
Put up as fresh on 19.3.2018".
Today, again no one is present on behalf of the petitioner to press the petition even in revised call.
It is evident from perusal of the order sheet that the petitioner is deliberately delaying the disposal of the instant petition.
The petition is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution.
