Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The prayer in the present petition is to issue a direction to the court below i.e. Civil Judge (Senior Division), District Jaunpur to decide the Execution Case No.38 of 2014 (Phool Dei v. Chintamani) in a time bound manner.
A careful perusal of the order sheet indicates that the matter is being proceeded by the court below with due diligence and on each date, an order in accordance with law has been passed. In view thereof, no further directions are required.
The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed . However, it is expected that the court below would make an endeavour to decide the matter as expeditiously as possible.
