The prayer in the present petition is to issue direction to the court below to decide the interim injunction application (Paper No.6C) pending in Original Suit No.1167 of 2017 (Ram Pal Singh v. Pramod Kumar Singh & Ors.). It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that all the defendants are represented in the suit and further an application under Order VII Rule 11 C.P.C. filed by the defendants has been dismissed vide order dated 2.4.2018.

In view thereof, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the present petition is being disposed of with the direction to the court below to decide the interim injunction application (Paper No.6C) pending in Original Suit No.1167 of 2017 (Rampal Singh v. Pramod Kumar Singh & Ors.) expeditiously, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
