The present petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 18.02.2017 in Case No. T/2017, 16676205464 of 2017 (Dayashankar Vs. Panchu) passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate and order dated 24.2.2018 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge, F.T.C. Court Bhadohi in Criminal Revision No. 5 of 2018 (Panchu Vs. State).
Admittedly, the order under Section 146(1) was passed on 18th February, 2017. The revision therefrom has been decided against the petitioner on 24.02.2018. The present petition has been filed three months thereafter.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the present petition pending. It is thus disposed of with the direction that the proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. may be concluded as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after allowing the necessary parties due opportunity of hearing and opportunity to lead evidence.
