Application No. 2 of 2018 has been jointly filed by the petitioners and the respondents praying that the compromise entered into between the parties be taken on record.
In the affidavit filed in support of the said application, it has been stated that the present petition was filed challenging the judgment and order dated 28.07.2009 passed by the Judge Small Causes Court, Allahabad in SCC Suit No. 165 of 1996 as well as the judgment and order dated 14.02.2017 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Court No. 19, Allahabad in SCC revision No. 242 of 2009.
During the pendency of this petition, the parties to the lis have entered into the compromise. Pursuant thereto the tenants-petitioners had handed over the shop to the respondent-landlordWaqf.
Since there is no dispute left between the parties, the matter may be dismissed as withdrawn.
The prayer made is allowed.
This petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Interim order, if any, shall stand discharged.
